Whether in need of strategic planning, financial consulting or bookkeeping, Tammy’s diversified experience serves the client’s best interest. More than just the facts (and numbers), she strives to empower her clients with financial strategy, expertise and savvy.

Tammy Foley, President and Founder of Bookkeeping Services, has successfully built her Bookkeeping Services Company. Since 1983, she has devoted her practice to helping small to medium businesses grow through understanding their financials. In 2007, she added We Train U-2, Inc. as an online QuickBooks training business to support business owners who want to manage their own books and just needed help getting started and setting up their QuickBooks files.

As a business owner herself, Tammy really comprehends the full scope of what it takes to own your own business. Armed with over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Tammy has provided services as a CFO, a full charge bookkeeper and consultant for small business owners to multi-million dollar corporations. Tammy easily shows how to avoid costly financial and business mistakes while providing strategic solutions for leading a profitable business. Tammy’s gift is working with business owners and keeping it simple; there is no accounting jargon with her.

Tammy is a life long learner and you can frequently find her engaged in learning something new. She spent five years learning specific and practical applications of finance for small businesses by training one-on-one with a CPA. Her main expertise is bookkeeping, accounting and business startups. She is a Certified QuickBooks™ Pro Advisor, a member of both the California Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals (CSATP) and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB).

As a single mother, Tammy has raised her two children, and knows what it is to boot strap a thriving business. When she isn’t helping others create business success, Tammy loves being with her family, which includes her dog, Scooter and two cats. She is involved in many kinds of arts and crafts projects and enjoys speaking and traveling around the United States.

Barbara Baker

Barbara Baker

Barbara started working at Bookkeeping Services when it was a home-based business and has been performing bookkeeping services including, filing, and data-entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts and credit card reconciliations for over 12 years. Before joining Bookkeeping Services, she had retired from the insurance industry after twenty years. She is conscientious and a true anchor in keeping our clients’ information accurate and organized.

Barbara adds lightness to those mundane moments and keeps everybody in the office in a good mood with her bubbly personality and sense of humor. Since Barb is the official ‘keeper of the dog snacks’ you will find Scooter, our official mascot, sitting patiently next to Barb’s desk, looking cute as can be!

When she is not working she enjoys camping, boating, movies, taking walks and keeping her dog, Ellie, company.

In living her life, she keeps in mind, "Treat each person you meet with respect and regard."

Connie Fisher

Connie joined Bookkeeping Services in 2012 with over 15 years of Accounting and Bookkeeping experience including all aspects of payroll, accounts payable and receivables, reconciliation, employee taxes, accounting systems, QuickBooks and preparing financial reports. She has served as a client and CPA liaison. Connie has also been responsible for training clients on the QuickBooks software, Accounting Principles and developing core procedure manuals for employees.

She is detailed-oriented, analytical, with excellent planning skills. She has a natural ability to look for inefficiencies and ways to streamline processes thereby saving significant time and effort.

Connie has enjoyed working in teams and collaborative work environments.

Her ability to listen and communicate well with colleagues and clients has allowed her to be highly respected from those who work with her.

Connie holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University, a certificate from American Management Association in Essentials of Management and a certificate in Basic Contract Administration from Management Concepts, Inc. and has earned an Income Tax Certificate from H&R Block.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, serves as President of her children’s Home and School Club and is involved in Project Cornerstone.

Janice Andrieu

Janice Andrieu is a new addition to Bookkeeping Services team. She brings experience from an entire career working with small businesses. Her bookkeeping career began in 1988 where she managed the books for two small businesses simultaneously. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

With it she has garnered a full range of accounting functions. Janice has skills managing both accounts payable and receivable, reconciling banking statements, and preparing yearly and monthly reports. Janice is known for her ability to be laser focused, attention to details and excellent customer service skills.

Janice has earned a Certificate of Achievement in Accounting from DeAnza College and has taken additional classes to keep her skills sharp. She also has experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant and works well with all types of people.

When Janice is not working she enjoys gardening, and loves spending time with her four sons. She is music enthusiast and avid concert attendee.

In everything she does Janice believes that “honesty and integrity should not come with a price.”
