There is a notice being circulated and delivered to your neighborhoods from a firm calling themselves Property Tax Reassessment out of Los Angeles. This notice states you need to pay $179.00 for a property tax assessment. Don't do it! Please pass the word! This is being investigated as a SCAM!

  2. Reconcile your bank account at least once a month when your bank statement is received.
  3. Maintain and update your cash flow control spreadsheet monthly.
  4. Plan to outsource your payroll and payroll reporting.
  5. Prepare and understand your financial statements at least once a month.
  6. ALWAYS Keep your business records separate from your personal records.
  7. Call for help and take action if you are stuck!
